Add a unique suite number and a larger annual scan allowance. Your suite is at the same office.

How billing works
We show the full first-cycle amount upfront, including our annual service fee and the state amounts paid on your behalf. After the first covered reporting cycle, you receive an annual renewal invoice for the next supported year.

You pay the first-cycle amount shown in the calculator. This covers your LLC formation, registered agent setup, tax setup workflow, and the state formation fee for your selected state.
Fiscal year 2026
Your first reporting cycle for fiscal year 2026 is included. In early 2027, we will guide the required maintenance and reporting steps for that cycle.
November 2027
Before the fiscal year 2027 reporting cycle begins, we will send the annual renewal invoice. It covers the next year of service and the state maintenance amount for your selected setup.

Based on current FinCEN guidance, U.S.-formed domestic companies are exempt from BOI reporting. This area can change, so we monitor the requirement and update the process where needed.
If your questionnaire indicates a complex case, we identify the issue and may recommend CPA or legal review. That review is outside the standard package unless separately agreed.
