For non-U.S. residents
U.S. LLC formation with first-year support.
Guided LLC formation with registered agent, EIN, U.S. business address, and support with your first yearly filings.
From $660 all-in for the first year, state fees included.
How prepared are you?
The state filing is the easy part.
Comparing offers, formation looks simple at first. What gets lost is what actually matters for your own setup:
These questions belong together, because formation is only the first step. Some obligations only matter later. Overlook them, and the consequences are concrete:
-
The yearly Form 5472 filing is missed: a penalty of at least $25,000.
-
The annual report is missed: Wyoming can dissolve the LLC after 60 days.
-
The Operating Agreement is off the shelf: the bank's review stalls on your documents.
None of this is complicated. You just need to know what belongs to the start and what comes after.

US LLC Light combines formation with the support you need afterwards. You start with a clean setup and keep a reliable point of contact for the yearly steps.
-
U.S. address & privacy
Registered agent and a U.S. business address are included. So you can start without an address of your own in the U.S. and keep your home address out of public records.

U.S. LLC formation + EIN
Formation in Florida or Wyoming and guided preparation of the EIN application for your new LLC. Then you hold the core documents for opening an account with U.S. banks.
-
Operating Agreement
Prepared for a foreign-owned single-member LLC and ready for bank and provider reviews.
-
First-year support
Form 5472 with the pro-forma 1120 and the annual report prepared in year one from your answers. Reminders and the yearly questionnaire included.
What your LLC setup costs
U.S. LLC formation: costs in year one and year two
The key services of your LLC setup are included in year one. Here you see what is due at the start and from year two.
From year two you can renew the support, including registered agent and U.S. address, one year at a time. You receive an invoice; nothing is charged automatically.
| State | Year 1 | From year 2 |
|---|---|---|
| Wyoming | $660 | $560 / year |
| Florida | $763.75 | $638.75 / year |
All amounts include the service fee ($500) and the state fees (Wyoming: $100 formation, $60 yearly license tax. Florida: $125 formation, $138.75 yearly state fees).

Questions
Practical answers before you start.
Is US LLC Light right for my business?
Our standard case is a single-member U.S. LLC with one owner who is not a U.S. resident, run mostly from abroad, with no operating presence of its own in the U.S. Typical clients are consultants, freelancers, SaaS and digital businesses, and location-independent founders.
Multiple owners, a U.S. owner, your own U.S. office, local employees, warehouse or inventory fall outside our standard service. The pre-check settles this before you pay.
Can I form a U.S. LLC as a non-resident?
Yes. You can open a U.S. LLC as a non-resident: formation requires neither U.S. residency nor a visa. You form from abroad, online, without a notary and without a trip to the U.S. What you need is a passport and a clear business model, and that is exactly what the pre-check verifies before you pay.
Do I pay tax in the U.S.?
In the standard case, no. Your single-member LLC counts as a disregarded entity in the U.S.: without an office, employees or services performed in the U.S., there is usually no U.S. federal income tax on the operating profit. The profit is taxed where you are tax resident. So the LLC is not tax-free. What stays in the U.S. is the yearly report: Form 5472 with the pro-forma 1120, a filing, not a payment.

Can I get a U.S. bank account?
The bank decides, not us. What is in our hands, you get: the core documents for opening the account, practical tips for onboarding, and the U.S. banking options non-U.S. residents commonly use. If the banking stalls, say because your industry counts as higher risk, our support helps you individually.
How long do LLC formation and the EIN take?
The formation itself is fast with us: same business day in Wyoming, about a week in Florida. The bigger time factor is the EIN application: without a personal SSN (Social Security number) or ITIN (individual taxpayer identification number) it goes to the IRS by fax, usually 2 weeks. If someone promises you an EIN in days, ask who gets entered as the responsible party. That should be you, not a service provider.
Do I still need a CPA?
Not for the standard case: we prepare Form 5472 and the pro-forma 1120 from your yearly questionnaire. If your situation needs individual tax analysis, say with employees or an office in the U.S., we tell you early. US LLC Light is not a CPA firm and does not provide personal tax advice.
Your next step
Put your plan into action.
The pre-check tells you before you pay whether your plan fits our standard case. Still have a question? Clear it up first in a short call.
